"I absolutely loved Sierra as my personal trainer. She was very attentive to my needs and customized my workouts and meal plans to my ability, and schedule. I appreciate her patience and willingness to accommodate different cuisine (indian food is a tough one!). She made sure to include indian meals that are healthy AND full-filling. Workouts were easy to follow and covered a wide range of muscles, with varying difficulty. The app is a life-saver. I even lost weight that I was unable to for a LONG time. Thank you Sierra!"

"I’ve been so happy with the personal training provided by Sierra. She has continued to take the time to personalize my plan, to not only my goals, but to my limitations. She does a wonderful job in being supportive but also firm in ensuring I don’t stray from the program. I’ve felt motivated with her as my trainer, and have already noticed differences in my strength. Her personalized workouts are easy to follow, with guided, detailed videos. Her app is straight forward and easy to navigate. But truly the main difference from past workouts, is I’ve been able to stick with a plan because of her support and praise. Being able to workout at home, has been a game changer. Sierra personalized my plan based on equipment I already had; she took the time to listen and has continued to check in regularly with me. She holds you accountable but is supportive and positive in her check ins. I have already recommended her to several family and friends. Her plans are quality, personalized and professional, and I’m thrilled with the level of attention and care she has put into my fitness journey week after week."

"It’s been an incredible experience working with Sierra! She is so friendly, responsive, and helps work around your unique challenges to make it fun to work out! Due to my work-life balance I have to be flexible with where I workout and what equipment I use.
