Not everyone has the time to meet with a trainer face to face—or even make it to the gym—but that doesn’t mean you can’t get professional guidance and support from a Certified Personal Trainer.

I create customized workout and nutrition plans that are tailored to your goals, schedule, available equipment, and dietary preferences.

Through my client app, you’ll receive guided workouts with video demonstrations and step-by-step instructions. Every workout is tracked, and I’ll be there to check in and make changes if needed. You’ll also have 24/7 access to message me with any questions or requests.

I design 6, 8, and 12-week plans to help you build lasting habits. My goal is to teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle so you don’t always need a trainer—but if you enjoy having a personalized plan and someone keeping you accountable, I’m always here to continue coaching you!

  • Workout location & equipment: Plans customized based on where you’ll be working out (at home or gym) and the equipment you have access to. At-home workouts only require a couple dumbbells!

  • Weekly check-ins: I’ll check in each week to ensure your workouts are going well and make any necessary adjustments.

  • App-based workouts: Complete your workouts with guided video demonstrations and step-by-step instructions.

  • Accountability: Each workout is logged and monitored to help keep you accountable and on track.

  • Progress tracking: Track progress through metrics like weight, body measurements, and progress pictures (optional).

  • In-app messaging: Through your client app, you’ll have the ability to message me any time to ask questions and get guidance.
